Our 20FT dry bulk container liner is specially designed for bulk ocean shipping of modified engineering plastic PVC pellets (PVC compound granules). It is optimized for pneumatic conveying / wind loading, matching industrial pneumatic feeding equipment to realize fast automatic bulk filling.

 

Equipped with reinforced large filling spout, the liner can withstand high-speed pneumatic feeding, effectively preventing PVC pellets from leakage, dust emission and blockage. The high barrier material provides reliable moisture-proof performance, protecting modified PVC engineering plastic pellets from moisture absorption, performance degradation and discoloration during long-distance sea transportation.

 

Fully welded and reinforced seams, the liner fits standard 20ft ISO shipping container. It isolates cargo from container rust, dirt and humid air, maintains stable quality of modified PVC compound, and lowers packaging cost compared with separate FIBC bulk bags.
