Our full-length zipper full-open barless container liner is an upgraded industrial dry bulk liner designed to solve the traditional liner’s disadvantages of narrow opening, rigid pipe support, inconvenient loading and easy zipper cracking. This liner features a complete bottom-to-top full zipper opening design, making the entire container door fully open and accessible.

 

No Square Support Pipe Required (Barless Design)

 

Different from conventional container liners that rely on square tubes or steel frames for support, this upgraded barless liner adopts high-tensile reinforced fabric and professional tension structure. It keeps the liner fully stretched and fixed stably without any support pipe. It saves installation time, reduces accessory costs, avoids tube falling risks, and greatly simplifies container bulk packaging operations.

 

Full-Length Anti-Split Zipper + Hook & Loop Fastener Fixing

 

Equipped with industrial heavy-duty full-length zipper, specially reinforced stitching and anti-tear technology effectively prevent zipper bursting, splitting or deformation under heavy cargo pressure and container vibration.

Built-in hook-and-loop fastener (bristle skin) firmly adheres the liner to the container wall, eliminating sagging, wrinkling and shifting during loading and transit. The whole liner stays flat, neat and stable all the time.

 

Full Open Access for Forklift & Manual Loading

 

The bottom-to-top full open door structure provides ultra-large operating space. Workers can easily enter the container for interior arrangement and manual feeding. It also supports direct forklift pallet loading, greatly improving loading efficiency, suitable for large-volume, high-frequency bulk warehouse turnover and container stuffing.

 

Premium Moisture-Proof & Dust-Tight Performance

 

Adopting thick laminated PP/PE woven material with fully heat-sealed seamless edges, the liner achieves excellent waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-caking performance. It effectively blocks external humid air, sea moisture and dust during long ocean shipping, protecting urea, fertilizer, plastic granules, grain, sugar and other moisture-sensitive bulk materials from damp, caking, contamination and quality loss.
