Our reusable FIBC bulk bags (jumbo sacks) are heavy‑duty flexible intermediate bulk containers purpose‑engineered for in‑plant workshop turnover, internal circulation and on‑site storage of plastic pellets, plastic granules and resin raw materials, widely used inside plastic compounding factories and polymer production workshops.

 

Equipped with a separate, removable PE inner liner, this bulk bag delivers excellent dust‑tight and contamination‑free performance. The inner liner keeps plastic resin particles clean, prevents fine plastic dust leakage, and can be replaced separately after each cycle, extending the service life of the outer woven FIBC shell.

 

Different from single‑trip one‑way export‑only bulk bags, this reusable FIBC adopts thickened high‑tensile virgin PP woven fabric, fully reinforced sewing and heavy‑duty lifting loops. It is constructed for multiple cycles of forklift lifting, filling, discharging and warehouse stacking within factory premises, lowering long‑term packaging cost for plant internal material turnover.

 

Optional anti‑static / static‑dissipative treatment is available, solving static electricity buildup and plastic pellet adhesion against bag walls, ensuring smooth and complete discharge of PP, PE, ABS, PVC and other polymer granules with minimum material residue.

 

Customizable configurations include filling spout, discharge spout, safety factor 6:1 for repeated use, safe working load from 500 kg‑1500 kg, custom sizes and printing. Empty bags can be folded flat for space‑saving storage inside the workshop when not in use.
