Our baffle FIBC bulk bags (also known as Q‑bags) are purpose‑built flexible intermediate bulk containers for storing and shipping bulk plastic pellets, plastic granules and resin raw particles such as PP, PE, ABS, PVC and polymer raw materials。

 

Different from standard ordinary FIBC jumbo bags, this baffle‑equipped model adopts four‑corner internal baffle webbing structure. After filling with plastic particles, the bag maintains a neat cubic shape, effectively eliminating bulging, outward swelling and tilting risks. Stable cube form improves stacking safety, reduces gaps between bags and maximizes container space utilization for 20GP /40GP container loading。

 

Manufactured from high‑strength virgin PP woven fabric with reinforced sewing and heavy‑duty lifting loops, the baffle bulk bag delivers excellent tear‑resistance, puncture‑resistance and dust‑tight performance, avoiding fine plastic dust leakage during transit and handling.

 

Optional anti‑static / static‑dissipative treatment is available, solving the common problem of static‑caused plastic pellet adhesion on bag walls. It guarantees complete particle discharge with minimal material residue, an essential feature for plastic resin logistics。
