Dry Bulk Container Liner for Gravity Feeding | Gravity Loading Bulk Liner
Our dry bulk container liner is specially constructed for gravity feeding / gravity drop loading, one of the most common bulk filling methods for free-flowing granular materials.
It features a wide top opening or dedicated gravity fill spout, allowing materials to flow down naturally by gravity. No high-pressure air or complex conveying equipment is required. Loading operation is simple, stable and low maintenance, minimizing the risk of material breakage and dust generation compared with pneumatic loading.
All welding seams are fully reinforced for excellent dust-tight and leak-proof performance. The liner separates bulk goods from container walls, rust, moisture and dirt, protecting cargo from contamination during long ocean transit. It keeps pellets, grains and mineral granules clean and intact.
Custom sizes are available to fit standard 20FT and 40FT ISO shipping containers. It improves container space utilization and reduces packaging costs, replacing repeated handling of small bags or FIBCs. It is a cost-effective bulk packaging choice for factories with simple bulk loading systems.
